Once you have found your case, click on the 'Case Folder' tab. This will list all the documents relating to your case. Double click on a document to view it. Documents are read-only; you cannot make any changes.
- Request user IDs and passwords for other employees in your organization. You are also responsible for notifying the Board when users in your organization should no longer have access, for example, when an employee leaves the organization.

and be listed as a party of interest for the case or be granted access by an organization that is a party of interest and has access to eCase. The intended users include attorneys (both claimant and insurance carriers), insurers, TPAs, self-insured
When you select 'Access eCase', you will temporarily be redirected to NY.gov to enter your username and password. After you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected back to the eCase application on the Workers' Compensation Board
